Welcome to our website for Fish Hoek Cottage. A three bedroomed self catering cottage in Wells next the Sea, North Norfolk. We are located near to the church a short distance from Staithe Street and the Quay. Our Wells holiday cottage is cosy with three bedrooms, two w.c.'s, a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. Holiday cottages in Wells are many and varied and ours is at the modern end of the market benefiting from double glazing and gas central heating making it just as comfortable in the colder months of the year as it is during the summer. Another benefit is the ample parking at the front of the cottage making unloading and loading bags and children a simple task.Just whats needed after a long day at the beach!!

Downstairs the accommodation comprises of a living room and dining area with the dining table extending to seat up to six people.There is also a high chair for the younger visitor. A downstairs cloakroom houses the second WC. The kitchen is well equipped with a frost free fridge freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave and toaster.

 Wells holiday cottage has three lovely bedrooms consisting of a double, twin and a single room. All bedrooms are light and airy and have either a wardrobe, drawers or both. A travel cot is provided for the younger guest and this would be located in the single bedroom.

 A small south facing enclosed rear patio garden completes the picture. It has a picnic bench, additional deck chairs and a BBQ.
