 Wecome to our self-catering holiday cottage in Wells next the Sea, North Norfolk. We are located near to the church a short distance from Staithe Street and the Quay. Our Wells holiday cottage is cosy with three bedrooms, two wc's, a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. Holiday cottages in Wells are many and varied and ours is at the modern end of the market benefiting from double glazing and central heating making it just as comfortable in the quieter months of the year as it is during the summer. Another benefit is the ample parking immediately at the front of the holiday cottage making loading and unloading bags and children! a simple task just what is needed after a long day at Wells beach!

 

At our self catering holiday cottage we can cater for midweek and weekend breaks as well as full weeks. The layout is suitable for couples or families and self catering at our holiday cottage in Wells gives guests the opportunity to sample the seafood delights from around the local area in the comfort of their own holiday cottage.

Wells holiday cottage has three lovely bedrooms consisting of a double bed, twin beds and a single bed. All bedrooms are light and airy and have either drawers or wardrobes or both.

A Travel cot is provided for the younger guest which would be located in the single bedroom

Downstairs the accommodation comprises of a living room with dining area with the dining table extending to seat up to six people. There is also a high chair for the younger visitor. There is a downstairs cloakroom with a second WC and washbasin together with a well equipped kitchen including frost free fridge freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster and automatic washing machine.

Two comfortable leather settees complete the seating arrangements. There is a flatscreen TV with a Humax Freesat recorder and DVD player. A compact CD audio system provides the music together with an Ipod dock if you want to bring your Mp4 player.

 

 

 Patio doors lead from the living/dining room to a small south facing patio garden. The garden has a picnic bench with parasol and a charcoal BBQ.

Fully equiped kitchen.

Bedding is supplied, but please bring your own towels.

Travel cot (please bring your own baby and bedding!)

High chair & stairgate provided.

TV with DVD player, Freesat and WiFi.

Electric & Gas are included in the price.
